London: The subscription-based adult content creation platform OnlyFans has announced the appointment of Mumbai-born Amrapali “Ami” Gan as CEO.
Gan will assume day-to-day management of the business from Tim Stokely, who will step down to pursue new activities.
Stokely has led the company for the past five years and appointed Gan to continue growing the company and driving its vision and commitment to empowering creators.

“Ami has a deep passion for the business of OnlyFans and I am passing the baton to a friend and colleague who has the vision and drive to help the organization achieve its enormous potential,” said Stokely, the founder of the ‘business.
“OnlyFans is still a new company and Ami brings new energy and reflects who we are as a company,” Stokely added.
Gan, 36, served as Director of Marketing and Communications for OnlyFans and has been with the organization since 2020, working side-by-side with Stokely to grow OnlyFans into the platform it is today.
Gan takes over this role from Stokely, who had been at the helm since the company was founded in 2016. He will continue with OnlyFans as an advisor guiding this leadership transition.
Prior to joining OnlyFans, Gan worked with fast-growing companies and rapidly changing consumer industries.
“I am proud to take on this role. I look forward to continuing to work closely with our creator community to help them maximize control of their content and monetize it,” said Gan.
OnlyFans, known for hosting adult content, allows creators to monetize the content they want to share.
OnlyFans has 180 million registered users and over two million creators worldwide. It has paid more than $5 billion to its content creators since its commercial debut five years ago.
